Do you know how to install Gimp on MintPPC32 ?
I will try to fix it for you too. I see that a very old version was built successfully in 2018! Version 2.8.22-1 that is. I will see if I can make it work in current Debian Sid, i.e. MintPPC32.
Here it is:

I am sorry Charles, this is way too complicated. It needs a lot of old stuff which I cannot all bring in (too many dependencies). I have to give up here.
If you really really need GIMP, I advise you to install Debian Wheezy PowerPC in a spare partition. This DVD has GIMP 2.8.2.

Thank you for trying. Thank you for all your hard work.
