It came to my attention that xed, a lightweight text editor which is installed in MintPPC32 by default, no longer installs. I built a new version of xed (3.4.9). For those of you running MintPPC32 and want to upgrade xed, do the following:
sudo apt install xed --fix-broken
People using MintPPC64 can now install xed too, the same way as depicted above.
I have added xed to the MintPPC64 repository and it should install automatically when doing an installation of MintPPC64.
